Neeson Murcutt Architects has projected Birchgrove House which is positioned against the rear and side boundaries, consolidating a useful garden area overlooking a pre-existing tennis court. The birchgrove house design utilises robust materials, largely in their raw state, to achieve an economical yet beautiful house. The single storey dwelling, almost imperceptible to its neighbours, is a complying development, realised without the need for lengthy planning approvals.
